Shared Hosting

Hi, Im using shared hosting and I was wondering if theirs a free open source app which can be installed via ftp and used as a cms/file manager (which allows php/perl/SSI etc and has most functions of the bluehost cpanel.). The reason for this is that so my hostees (family) can access my hosting through a cms so all their files are saved separetly and not mixed with mine.

Can anyone help.
