email box almost full question

OK...I manage a few email accounts on my domain. I get an email from bluehost saying that it's almost at it's limit. I log in the web interface to that persons account and there are 2 text messages in their mailbox. I checked the spam asassin and there's nothing there for all of Nov or Oct or Sep.

Is there some utility that I need to run to compress a users mailbox so that it's back down to nothing again? Please advise.
