Hi

Which CMS (free preferably) is the easiest to learn for ordinary people (non tecchies) ?

Also:
Is it true that Wordpress can be used as both a blogging and CMS software ?

Thank you

I've heard good things about Joomla! and Drupal. What you might want to do is create a sandbox account and test each software to see which you like best. I'm certain that if you do a search of the forums, you will find where others have offered their opinions on the best / easiest CMS software out there.

Wordpress IS content management system software to a point, at least as a publishing application. CMS software also allows you to post other content more easily like photos and movies, but there are WP plugins that you can install to get you essentially the same thing.

I love E107 http://e107.org/

I personally think it's pretty easy to set up and find your way around in. And I've not had any trouble really with the CMS. . just the plug-ins but everybody on the forums there were very helpful. It's a great CMS and I think it's already on its way to becoming even better! So try this out if you're looking for something cool but easy to use!
