Hi everyone,

I am new here. My current host stinks so I am reviewing different hosts to find out which one suites me. The particular servers I am hosted on keep crashing.

I read the entire 6 pages of the 'How To Make Bluehost.com The Very Best' thread and I noticed some of you complained about the servers crashing or being really slow. That kinda put me off just a little.

I also understand that bluehost.com is the same company as IX Web Hosting & Host Excellence & are all under the same building just with different domain names?

Anyway; I was wondering if my Forum will run fast on your servers. I have under a thousands memebers and maybe 10 users online at peek times which is only for an hour at the max; otherwise there is about 1-3 members online constantly. You could probably class it as low-moderate user activity. Will your servers have any load issues with this and has anyone experienced any problems with their Forum speeds?

If possible it would be great if some of the webmasters for the busy Forums could post their Forum link here so I can check it out. :)

bluehost is NOT the same company as IX Web Hosting & Host Excellence!!! They are not in the same building let alone the same state! Bluehost is located in Provo Utah. So whatever you heard about bluehost being the same as those others, is most defiantly wrong.

I have a client at IX Web Hosting and I'm wroking on getting them moved over to bluehost. IX Web Hosting is sub par compared to bluehost. Any other hosting is sub par compared to bluehost.

Isn't it Orem, Utah? And Bluehost does run with other hosts but not the 2 you list.

Provo and Orem are basically the same town, they're side by side.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. Every reference I've seen to Orem makes a clear distinction even though they are close.

Yeah to be honest I'm not really sure where Orem ends and Provo starts, it's kinda mushed together. The real distinction to me is Utah Valley State College is in Orem, and Brigham Young University is in Provo.

Yeah I always get Orem and Provo mixed up. I always just say Provo. I've never said Orem refering a place to Utah County. It's always just been Provo to me.
