how do i set it so when i log into an email account i dont have to enter my web address after the user name? where is it located on the control panel?:confused:

Your domain name is part of your email username, so I don't think there's any way to avoid that. Remember, you're in a shared hosting environment, so on a given mail server, there might be metheuser@example.com and metheuser@someotherdomain.com. Without the domain name, there would be no way to tell one "metheuser" from the other.
