Mine's down too. Was working earlier. Probably due to the weather where the servers are. Don't know. Can't access anything either.

Thanks for the info. Didn't know about the server status link. Will check it next time. Looks like it's back now. Thanks!

I got a report from a monitoring service today that my site was down - however I was able to access the site fin e during the time the monitoring service said it couldn't. This of course happens when there is something between the server and the monitoring service that goes down while the server itself is fine. So just because you can't access your site doesn't mean that the problem is with the server.

Once again another customer is having reliability problems, and the moderators make the customer believe he has to do something different.

The underlying issue is the site is offline, not the customers actions to make Bluehost aware.

My site has been offline almost hourly over the last week, on phoning the server was requiring work and was offline, then the same an hour later....

You're talking as if the moderators here are Bluehost employees -- they're not. This is a user-to-user forum which offers help and suggestions from one user to another. Nobody here can fix your site.

If BH is not reliable enough for you, cancel your account, get a prorated refund, and find another web host. Pissing and moaning about it on a user-to-user forum accomplishes absolutely nothing.

The moderators here are not BH employees. We have no connection to BH whatsoever, other than being customers.

This is a help forum. If you have a question that other users might be able to help with, post it here. If you can solve someone else's problem, post it here. If you just want to complain, go somewhere else!

Once again another customer is having reliability problems, and the moderators make the customer believe he has to do something different.

Once again, another poster is airing his gripes with the service when the moderators have nothing to do with the reliability of the servers. I don't have an answer for you but it isn't going to be found in a user-to-user help forum.

If you are unhappy with the service being offered by BH, ask for a prorated refund and take your business elsewhere. That's the only advice we can offer other than to contact BH customer service.
