I don't think there's a definitive answer to that question. But here's a few things to consider...

Yes, your space is unlimited, but only for storing the files, databases, images, etc. that are part of your website. You can't use the space for storing stuff that you're just grabbing from elsewhere on the Internet. The stuff you're storing has to have some relation to your website.

Also, you may not store copyrighted material on the BH servers, so if the sites from which you're copying stuff contain copyrighted material, BH will suspend your account.

CPU usage is limited. Here's the description (http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/kb/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=498). Will Rapidleech trigger quota suspensions? The only way to find out is to try it.

RAM is not limited to any specific number, nor is bandwidth. But that doesn't mean you can do absolutely anything. BH can suspend your account if you're doing anything that causes degraded performance on the server you're on. This is shared hosting, so if you do anything that makes life miserable for the other 450 accounts and 1000 domains on your server, BH will shut you down.

Thanks a lot.

Rapidleech is only making big traffic (on some servers it can download with speed about 20Mbps). So i Will use it only in critical situations (I have premium so I have not reason). CPU and RAM usage is minimal.

I'm pretty certain that rapidleech is held in the same regard as torrents in Bluehost's eyes. Although you can use it for legitimate purposes, 98% of the time it's used to download illegal/copyright content. I'm pretty certain they would ask you to remove it.
