Not sure how this "site builder" software you mention works. However, the answer is that the code used to link your page to any other page, whether it is on your site or another site, would look similar to these examples:
<a href="/folder/page">Link to Internal Page</a>
<a href="http://www.othersite.com/page">Link to External Page</a>

There are not going to be too many people who know how the supplied site builder works as most people will use one of the thousands of better editors available for creating and maintaining web pages rather than that one which is one of the worst choices available (since it will be very limited as to what you can do with it compared to using a proper web editor).
