I am all new to this...
I purchased my domain from wordpress.com, a week ago...
Now I purchased hostin service from bluehost.com :), and I want to transfer my domain from wordpress.com , however, I just cannot transfer it even though i have my authorisation code, i cannot go further on the bluehost.com domain transfer page after the first step: it just says this domain is under registar of somewhereelse...:confused:
please help!!!
what am i gonna do?

You can't transfer a domain within the first 60 days after you've registered it. This is an ICANN rule, and can't be waived.

However, to host your pages at BH, you don't have to transfer the domain registration. You just need to change the nameservers on the domain to point to BH, to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com. The domain registration will remain at wordpress.com, but the nameservers tell the rest of the world that the domain is hosted at BH.

do you think i should transfer it after 60 days?
and i really want to change my template and i couldnt figure that out yet...?

and i also unlocked my domain last night, do you think i should lock it back?,
and if i lock t back can i still be hosted by ns1.bluehost.com or not?

There isn't really any reason to transfer the domain, so you can transfer it if you want to, or just leave it where it is.

I can't really help with the template issue, but I suspect that the problem is that your domain isn't pointing to your BH hosting space. There are a lot of scripts that don't install properly if you're trying to install them on a host that your domain isn't pointing to. Once you get the domain nameservers straightened out, try it again. If you're still have problems, start a new thread in here about it.

Change the nameservers, then lock it again.

ok ,thank you so much for the time you spent for me...
just for now, i will keep the namservers on wordpress side cause when i transer the ns to BH, my page collapse:)
so until i figure out how to upload a theme, i will keep there locked...
