Help, I wanted monthly payments!

I'm sorry, I wanted to make monthly payments to bluehost and even though I thought I confirmed this to be the case, I was billed 250$ for 3 years in one fell swoop! Please tell me there's a way to revert this! I live in Israel and I can't call the US, this has to be done by mail!

Talk to bluehost ... this is a user to user forum ... we can't do anything for you BUT bluehost is really good about monies so don't get too worried but definitely contact them directly ... either online chat or by phone. :)

Yes, use Live Chat (big blue button on the main bluehost.com page), but wait until Monday during normal working hours in Utah (Mountain Standard Time - GMT minus 7 hours).

Just be aware that the cost is higher if you want to pay month-by-month. The lowest rate is available only if you pay in advance.

Is it even possible to change the billing after I already paid? :-S

That shouldn't be a problem - they can just run a credit against your card.
