How can I find out about your email program, ie. format, emoticons, themes, login procedures, address books, transferring address books and folders, etc.?

This is a user-to-user forum, not a BH support site.

BH doesn't have an email program. You can access your email through your choice of three different webmail programs: Horde, Squirrel, or Roundcube. You can install any other webmail program to which you have access. Or you can use virtually any email client program like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc., etc. Visit the tutorial site (http://tutorials.bluehost.com), choose Video Tutorials, Mail Programs, and take your pick.

Please try to understand that BH is not an ISP, with a single way of doing things. BH is a web host that offers standard POP email accounts. How you choose to access your POP email account is entirely up to you. You're not going to find exhaustive instructions about how to use each of a dozen different access methods.
