Question about why my emails are concidered spam.

I am sending a single test email from one of my e-mail accounts to my hotmail account.

It is getting flagged and thrown to my spam folder.

I am not sure how it picks whats spam and what not spam.

Why am I flagged?

Check your hotmail options. Depending on how you have things setup you may just have all mail not in your address book classified as spam. Also just click "not spam" on your message and it shouldn't happen again.

My hotmail is correct.

Hotmails basic spam catcher.

I use this email to email clients and want to insure they are receiving the email.

I understand that if you send a group email that some emails may concider this spam. The problem is when I send to just one person why would it get tagged as spam?
