I ordered this on Wednesday night about 9pm. Your website said 3 years would be $6 per month. I assumed that when you say something is $6 per month that you will bill me $6 per month. That was a complete lie and completely misleading. Next thing I know you have charged me $250.
I called on Thursday and spoke to your billing department. I said cancel the entire order. She said my charge had only posted as a hold and that it would drop off because it had been less than 24 hours.
Well guess what, IT DIDN'T
Now my bank account is $190 in the red and I'm going to have 8 $25 charges from my bank because your company lied on your website.
I was double charged. I am not calling in to speak with anyone so don't tell me to. I want any communication in writing.
If you do not fix this mess I will go on webhostingtalk.com and I will let them know everything you did. I will make sure anyone interested in your service does not use it. I know I won't. I was actually thinking about ordering a smaller service from you this weekend until I saw what you did to my account.

The person that posted the message above obviously did not read the information while signing up for BlueHost. I am a new customer and it was very obvious that you had a choice of what period of time you wanted to subscribe for and the corresponding rate. This is not the fault of BlueHost, it's totally the responsibility of the consumer.

I normally don't post to these boards but after spending the last few weeks researching hosting companies and reading all of the hype and "reviews" I thought it would be helpful to post a reply to this message for others that are looking. So far, I have had nothing but a positive experience with the folks at BlueHost. Wish I could say the same for others that are out there.

Cheers!

It should be pretty obvious that you have to pay up front by the time you actually get to the invoice, aside from that though bluehost needs to pay you back for charging you twice.

Unfortunately, this isn't an official method to contact bluehost. You need to either call them, use live chat, or submit a ticket in the help desk.
