Whenever I tried to send any email to any account of hotmail or live.com from my newly setup domain's account i.e. khnaveed.com (particularly from address: kn@khnaveed.com), I am getting these types of messages from hotmail.com:
-----------------------------
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at outbound-mail-343.bluehost.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<asadarif01@hotmail.com>:
Connected to 65.54.244.104 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 421 RP-001 The mail server IP connecting to Windows Live Hotmail server has exceeded the rate limit allowed. Reason for rate limitation is related to IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

--- Enclosed are the original headers of the message.

Please help me how to get rid of this problem, and make my domain listed in white list of hotmail ?

Thanks.

It looks to me like the error is telling you what steps to take to resolve the issue. You might want to try them.
