Using MS Exchange Server

We need one of our people to have an MS Exchange Server account. We have a place that gives you an e-mail address for $30 per month. (it's a minimum)

So I think we either need to have another domain name, or possibly use a sub-domain, and set the MX records to point to the MSXS.

Is this the way to do it? Is it easy? Does it work? Anything we should look out for?

How do we do it?
