Can I change php.ini?

I am having trouble getting larger files to upload to coppermine. The coppermine forum says that the solution is to change the allowable file size in php.ini (abbreviated version of their solution). Is php.ini something I can change? Do you think BH willing to change it for me?

If you do a search of the forums, I believe this has been answered in the past. I believe the default is 2 MB but this can be changed to a larger number by the account owner simply by accessing your php.ini file.
