Hi,
Obviously I am very new with everything. I signed up with bluehost and am trying to figure out the easiest way to build a site. Webly looks user friendly for someone new, however they make it sound difficult if you don't use them as a host. Anyone have any opinions here?
I am looking for something easy with the ability to put MP3's on the site.
Open to any suggestions.
