Problems with upgrading to WordPress 2.7

So, when I try to upgrade, I'm taken to the page to convert from Fantastico to Simple Scripts. When I click on "convert," I'm taken to a page that says, "Grabbing Installation Information." The blue progress bar quickly moves halfway across the page, then gets stuck there and won't move any further, so I can't upgrade.

Any ideas?

That is such a useful plugin that they built it into 2.7 so that once you have upgraded to WordPress 2.7 you don't need the separate plugin any more for future upgrades.
