How do you track visitors?

Hello,
I need to know how one tracks traffic to a site. I see "recent vistors" but is there something that shows visitors on a graph or something user-friendly to view? Where would you access such a tool?

Control Panel, Choose Log Programs, and enable awstats for your domain. Wait at least 24 hours, to give it time to accumulate some stats, then Control Panel, Awstats to view the results.

The other alternative is to use Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/analytics).
