Changes not showing when page reloaded?

I've gone into the online file manager and made a few minor cosmetic changes to my site, yet when I try to view the changes after saving the code, I still see the old version of the site (I've viewed the source code after reloading and I see the old code). Yet when I asked my friend to view it on his computer, the changes (and new code) showed up.

I'm using Firefox, and last time this happened, the changes showed up after a couple hours. Is there a way to see the changes faster?

Hold down the CTRL key and press the F5 key so as to reload the page from the server instead of from the browser cache.
