Spam Assassin Filter Russian E-mails

Lately I have been getting a lot of E-mails from my own E-mail address, therefore I created a user level filter that discards all E-mail sent to myself from myself. Now I'm having a lot of Russian and German E-mails coming in.

How can I filter these?

I was reading that I should add this in....

header SUBJ_RUSS_CHAR Subject:raw =~ /koi8-r/i "

but where exactly woudl I plug this in? woudl I put this into "score"?

I found this website http://www.yrex.com/spam/spamconfig.php which will generate a config file for me but then where would I put this config file?

You should be able to put that rule in your user_prefs file and SpamAssassin will parse it when evaluating your mail. The file lives at ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs
