As a new customer trying your services for the first time it's valuable for me to hear from folks having problems with your service. Hearing from your customers that don't have any problems would be more helpful in researching sales -not support.

I probably wouldn't use your support services until I have a problem. Unless finding a solution otherwise is difficult?

Please see the sticky threads at the top of this forum: "Read Before Posting" and "My Website Is Down." This is not a BH support site (hence your reference to "your service" is misplaced - we're not BH employees).

This is a help forum. If someone isn't asking for the kind of help that other users can provide, the thread is shut down. Complaint threads just attract endless pissing and moaning from the handful of customers (out of hundreds of thousands) who have had a problem of some sort. There's nothing other users can do about it, it's misleading (happy customers don't post stuff), and ultimately pointless.
