After having used BlueHost for quite some time now, I'm quite impressed with the performance for a shared host provider. The value for the storage/bandwidth is unrivaled, and Matt does a pretty good job keeping users updated with the latest BlueHost happenings on his blog.

However, perhaps other BlueHost admins and/or forum moderators have other information that BlueHost customers can utilize. Will any facet of the BlueHost service be "upgraded" in the next, 3, 6, 12 months? How will BlueHost address the decreasing amount of storage on its boxes (ie, Box 469 has several disks which are 85%+ used)? How will CPU performance be improved to reduce server load? Etc. etc. The moderators haven't updated the "Announcements" forum in quite some time, so... heh.

Perhaps there are other resources to consult. If so, please point me in the right direction. :)

The moderators here are not BH employees. We don't have any idea about what BH plans to do in the future - we find out about this stuff exactly at the same time, and in the same way, that you do.

As far as storage goes, whenever the disk space on a box gets up into the 97% range, they start moving accounts to a new server, so you don't need to worry about running out.
