How to install tar.gz on bluehost account

Hello I am trying to install a software called pdftk http://accesspdf.com/pdftk and I downloaded the pdftk-1.12.tar.gz. I am new to linux so have no idea how to do this.

Basically I have a php script that calls on pdftk to perform the appropriate functions. I have run this successful on my home server and then found out bluehost servers are linux. Please point me in the right direction.

pdftk is a exe file for windows thats commandline and performs the functions how do I do this on the bluehost server?

If they are supplying it as a tar.gz then there is almost certainly a Linux version as well as the Windows one.
