I have a question please
what is the space of a SQL database in bluehost.com and what vBulletin is working properly ie speed efficiency.

There is no limit to the space you can use in a SQL database, as long as the database is being used in support of your website.

vBulletin is probably not a good choice for shared hosting, because it tends to require a lot of resources. On BH, you might run into CPU quota problems with a popular vBulletin forum. phpBB would be a better choice.

(This forum is running on a dedicated server, but BH doesn't offer dedicated servers to subscribers.)
