New to BlueHost - "A" Record Creation?

I actually did try a forum search for this question, forgive me if I missed it.

With my past hosting company I was able to add/modify existing dns records such as creating an A Record. Am I able to do that through cpanel or is it something I will need to submit a ticket for?

That can't be done through the cPanel, so you need to contact support. Submit a ticket if you're not in a hurry, but you might find Live Chat a better route, especially if they have any questions about what you want to do.
