We have experienced hassle with one fact not managed well by BH robots recently:
Administrative [registrant] and Billing info mismatch.
Now, for many companies in the area, webhosting, webdesigning, ftp uploads, maintenance, etc, is managed via remote agency, like we are.
Since the website must legaly belong to a certain company, we enlisted its CEO as registrant. OTOH, we managed billing through our business associate located in different country.
Payment was done, uploads released, site started building.
Surprisingly, account was supressed due to mismatch addresses!
We are now trying to convince BH staff that there must be another way of solving the problem BUT sending over photo ID of any one of these two gentleman.
It would be of great help, if BH announces the hassle one might experience if addresses mismatch, or better yet, whu not having separate Administrative, Technical and Billing accounts? Given this way, remote webmaster would not be in position to have access to Billing data, i.e. credit card nr.
