Help Needed to Upload Alexa info.text Fiile To my Blogspot Blog

Someone kindly help me upload alexa info.text file to my blogger's blog.

As instucted by Alexa, I have saved the contact info.text file to my desktop and without any editing tried to upload it to my blogspot blog and when I try to save it, this is the message I get:

"The markup in the document preceding the root element must be well-formed".

Please help!

Even I tried very hard to do the same but after few days I contacted blogger guys at google and they informed me that it is not possible to upload any text file to the root directory, infact there is no root directory available for blogspot account holders. The 'Browse' and 'upload' button available on 'Edit HTML' link in your admin area are only meant for uploading a new template (theme).
Than I tried another way by pressing the 'new post' button and copied the text from info.txt file into new post and in the title field of post I simply wrote info. The url of the new post looked like this (http://example.blogspot.com/2009/07/info.html) while I require http://example.blogspot.com/info.txt.
The problem is to remove the year and month (2009/07) and .html from the url and till today I'm looking for the solution.
