Hello everyone, I'm a new member and I would just like to know if there are any tutorial programs for the knowledge of html? I would also like to know if anyone knows any good graphics programs that I could use for handling images? I'm a bit new to the internet but, I will be taking it one step at a time. Thank You Manny

Learn basic HTML here (http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp)
A good FREE graphics program is The Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/windows/)
Ask LOTS of questions!

If you are really new to the internet and working with graphics, Gimp might make your brain explode.
If you want to start with just the basics, IrfanView is free and does simple photo editing jobs. Move up the ladder to a more feature rich graphics program like Gimp when you are more comfortable. Just a suggestion if Gimp looks overwhelming at first.
I second the vote for going to w3schools for learning almost everything you need to know.

No kidding. I'm an experienced Photoshop user and when I first tried GIMP it made my brain hurt. It does get easier though the more you use it. Just takes getting used to.
