my indexed urls keep decreasing

my indexed urls keep decreasing as I add more pages to my site. How do I know I've put my site map correctly ? I fear that my pages aren't being reached by google half the time.

Apparently I have only 2 internal links that can't be right. if you go to my website

you'll see I have plenty of internal sites :(

How do I know if my pages are being put up on google ? Have I done my site map wrong or something ?

First design you website structure, develop your content pages then publish. Because, the process of indexing of new websites takes almost two months.

You can use some techniques:
ROR Sitemap Generator by ROR Web
Create your google sitemap online by XML Sitemaps
Site map builder by the sitemapbuilder

Web pages with incomplete content should not be posted, It's better to wait & develop completed pages then load them rather than doing a half incompleted job. Another technique is Social book marking, it helping for index your page.

Google never list all the links that they know about. You can see more if you are logged into a Google webmaster account but even there Google doesn't show all the links.
