Moving email forwarders via shell script

I've got a whole bunch of email forwarders set up. I'd like to change the target address of many of them. While I could sit in cpanel & do it manually, I'd much rather write a shell script to do it ('cause I'll likely need to do it again someday).

Anyone have any suggestions or scripts for doing this? I couldn't find anything in my home directory that listed the forwarders.
