Pages on Wordpress

Ok so I know its possible to create pages on wordpress but they can not be used as post pages. I have seen some blogs that have pages that are have post on them.

Is there any way I can post diffrent post on pages.

For example:

my website is www.solexlife.com/blog

i want to be able to do post on it just the same way i do on my blog.
http://www.solexlife.com/blog/personal/
