During the past year, we added an additional term length for 36 month to our hosting plans. Our lowest per month rate of $6.95 was applied to that term length and each subsequent term length then increased by $1.00 per month. If you wish to have the lower per month rate you can change to a longer term.

A "promotional" rate is designed to draw in new customers. When you renew, you get whatever the current regular rate is.

This is the same with virtually any company you deal with. Why this would surprise anyone is a complete mystery.
