This forum is for Bluehost customers and potential customers only. If your site isn't hosted at Bluehost, or if you're not contemplating getting an account at Bluehost, there really isn't a reason for you to be here.
This is NOT a Bluehost customer support forum or an official means of communication with Bluehost. Any Bluehost employee intervention here does not represent the opinion or policy of Bluehost. So don’t complain about your site not working, slowness, or being down. If you have such problems then take it up with support - no one here can do anything about it. The purpose of this forum is for users of Bluehost to ask other users of Bluehost questions before signing up, questions about HTML, PHP, and other languages, questions about software setup, questions about email, etc. If the moderators feel that a post is not relevant or not constructive, it will be deleted.
This is primarily a user-to-user forum; Bluehost administration and technical support personnel periodically reply to posts, but this forum should not be used as a way to contact customer support. In particular, this is not the place for posts regarding specific account issues.
The moderators here do not work for Bluehost nor do they get paid to do this.
If you need immediate support regarding your account or services, you should contact customer support by opening a ticket (http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/index.php/home), phoning (888) 401-4678, or using Live Chat (http://www.bluehost.com).
If you send in a ticket and do not get an immediate response, please do not keep opening tickets. All you do is add to the queue and waste support's time by making multiple people look over the same issue, which makes any backlog even larger.
If you have a question/problem with your code, please post your code. Remember, we can't read your mind. The more information we have, the better and faster we can help you.
