Zen Cart Templates Wont Switch Please Help

I have installed templates to Zen Cart. The templates show up in the administration panel. I click on preview, they look fine. However, when I go to edit, update, then refresh the page it still stays the same green Classic template as I had before, it does not switch to my new template. What am I doing wrong? Would appreciate some assistance please.

Are you using any cache on your server? Try clearing you browser cache & open.. Sometimes we ignore the most basic things..

Are you logged in when trying to refresh? Each user can choose which template they want to use. Changing the settings just changes the default one that guests (ie: those not logged in) will see.

To change the template for everyone, I think you have to either force it or disable the old one. It's been a while, but that's what I remember.
