anyone else getting dropped from support phone queue?

I have now been on hold three times this morning for over 20 mins each only to be dropped each time after getting to #1 in queue. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am sorry, we are closed today for Presidents Day. The phone system was updated to reflect that, but DIDN'T get restarted. I have since restarted it. COMPLETELY my fault. Again, VERY VERY SORRY!

Thx for the info Matt. I still wonder why I went through an hour of being on hold and were dropped three times. it is clear that many many other people have been calling this morning as well. it would be helpful if you would email all of us that you are planning to be closed or have some method to know this before it happens and we waste a lot of time like we have this morning.
