I cannot edit my avatar or my signature from my user Cpanel...
could somebody check this out please?

Signatures and avatars do get enabled after you've made 10 posts, though, don't they?

Yes, but if I catch a poster making pointless posts just to reach the "magic number," I'm inclined to boot him! :)

Sounds like the voice of recent experience! Maybe the admins recently increased the limit. (The moderators here don't actually administer the forum software - we have access to a lot of things, but not the various admin options for vBulletin.)

Hmm... it would be nice if my supervisors would tell me these things... I've been poking around here forever trying to find where to set up my sig!

It's automatic, but if you keep resurrecting old threads and making pointless "me too" posts on them, which I then have to keep deleting, you won't ever get there. Understood?
