The domain name transfer seems to be very buggy.
First off, i'm attempting to transfer a domain i own from lycos, however, it is detecting the administrative email not the owner email.
So i emailed my old admin (lycos) and they sent me the verification code. Hooray i thought, however, now on the pay screen i'm met with this message:
"For security reasons, your account must be verified before continuing. Make sure your phone number and email are accurate or else you'll need to contact Customer Service."
The whole process is very buggy for me, can someone help me transfer my domain?
