Does BlueHost automatically register your domains? As in, you don't have to go to NameCheap or anything like that?

They certainly do.
Fastdomain which belongs to Bluehost is an approved domain registrar and your domain will be registered through them. Mine is.
Hope this helps

Thanks!
It's included in the $6.95 fee, right?
And if you have multiple websites, it's still $6.95 for all of them, right?

Yes. You get one free domain registration with your account.

Yes. You can host as many websites as you want on your account. You can create subdomains for free. If you want to register additional domains, of course, you have to pay to register each of them ($10 a year).
You get 1 free domain registration and then additional domains are $10 per year Bluehost.
I personally use GoDaddy to register all my domains and point them to different NameServers. I just like the user interface and how they manage them and the details...
but that is just my personal preference
