Has anyone been able to configure SA to check against ZEN database? Here is SA's signature for an email that came from an IP in Spamhaus's database:

It doesn't look like SA is checking the IP at all.

Every time I talk to support about this, instead of answering the question, they give me the standard Postini reply, no matter if I BOLD and underscore "I DON'T WANT POSTINI" before even starting the conversation. When I pressed them for why SA isn't checking the sender IP, support said I am welcome to cancel my account. What a bunch of BS.

It certainly sounds as if the techs have been given their marching orders regarding Postini, doesn't it? :rolleyes:

I didn't like it when Postini just sent out an email to my client. I am managing these and sometimes I have to add service charges. But Postini sends my clients costing information, so I can't use Postini and I'd really like to do so.
