Price Change

I noticed a Price change, which it went from 6.95$ a month to 3.95$ a month... I noticed back a year ago when I signed up for bluehost it charged the 6.95$ per month for 24 months all at once, if I signed up for this deal would it do the same? Or is it possible to have it acually go on a monthly plan? Also if I signed up for it, it would add onto what I have already.... right? I just want to make sure.

Where did you see $3.95? My guess is that is an introductory offer. As I understand, the price is now $6.95 per month if you sign up for 36 months.

Like many other businesses, BH periodically offers special introductory rates as a means of attracting new customers. So, once in a while, you'll see a lower rate advertised. But as an existing customer, you can't get that rate, not for a renewal or for an extension of your existing plan.

When times are rough, prices drop. Others go up. I'd stick with your current plan personally, but you'll have to make that decision.

You need to update your signature links. You can't email support any longer, and your link for the Help Center returns a 404.

Well it was just a limited time promotion for new accounts.

On the other hand, Hostmonster and Fastdomain (which are the same company as BH - same servers, same support people, same everything) are currently having a $5.95 special offer. Go figure.

Not saying I would do this, but back when they had the special limited offer.... it would have been cheaper to get a new account. ;) But 6.95$ isn't a whole lot in the first place.
