Why are you posting this here? This is a user-to-user forum. Most of us have never had any communication with Matt at all. You can use his email address (matt AT bluehost DOT com).

If you can't get Postini to work, you might start with BH support, via Live Chat. Sounds like there's something wrong with the way it's set up for you.

You have to wait 2 days before it is activated. Have you receive the activation email and the login credentials to postini.com? After that you can set the 'level' to fight spam. Mine is set to aggresive and it is doing fine. So good that it even filter some of the good mails, so I have to check on it once a while to let it 'pass thorough'.

There won't be any SPAM control that is 100% perfect, even Yahoo Mail, Hotmail and GMail can't filter 100% of your SPAM, you have to train the filter a while.
