Like many of you, I sit in front of a computer almost every waking minute of my day. Since I returned to the U.S. I noticed that after I log into my account and start reading emails... and then I perform an operation (reading a new email or sending one) after waiting some time (seems like 20 or so minutes is enough) BH prompts me for my user name again, but it will not be satisfied. I have to go back to the website (www.bluehost.com), log into my account again and then go to "mail", choose my email account, etc.
Was this a recent change in BH? or is this "time out" function related to my ISP? or is it part of BH? There is no message that says "you have been logged out of your account". It just cuts me off. What makes it worse is that it is not very consistent.
