[Suggestion] Showcase/Site Review forum

Since everyone here has a website proprietor of some sort, maybe this board can have a showcase forum in which people can post their sites and others can comment and critique. A lot of people show off their sites on the off-topic section and maybe we can formalize it with a specific forum just for this.
