Error establishing Database connection?

Hi there,

I was viewing one of my hosted sites this morning when it flashed up this error

Error establishing a database connection

now the page fails to load - all of my hosted wordpress sites are down, is this something I have done? or just a server failure?

It works ok for me (although it is slow to load).

It comes up without any problem for me - less than 5 seconds to load the complete page. So, probably just a temporary problem.
