This morning all my websites (one account) were down! But other BH sites were up and I could SSH, so I was puzzled.
It turned out I had misspelled the word permanent in two lines in my .htaccess file that have been there for at least a year:
RedirectMatch permenant ^/dir1$ http://mysite.net/
RedirectMatch permenant ^/dir2$ http://anothersite.net/
I don't know if they ever did any redirecting, since there was a misspelling. But they sure never did any harm before this morning.
