Does BlueHost sell WHOIS data for whois.domaintools.com?

I see that whois.domaintools.com displays my personal data from whois.bluehost.com.
As I know it's illegal in European Union without registrar's permission. So I ask you, do you sell your client's data?

I think the opposite applies: I know that all German providers publish name and address of the owner of a domain, which can be confirmed using any whois service.
