FTP - What am I doing wrong?

New site on BlueHost and we can't get Unlmited FTP to download or upload files. What's the best wat to download the site, fix it, then upload the new files?

Stay away from Unlimited FTP - many users have had trouble getting it to work. Instead, just use a simple FTP client program like FileZilla. BH even has a video tutorial that shows you how to install it, and how to configure it for your BH account:
