I don't know if this is what you mean, but there is a feature under FTP called Bluehost drag and drop FTP. It works just like my home network does - or even more like a removable drive. I love it :) (hope it's ok for me to answer this)

Naah, i think its the Page wizzard program in your control panel (3 or 4 icons from the bottom). It seems a real cool program. I think I'll try it my self to offer my members. I myself don't like working with wysiwyg programs.
