Hello,
Can somebody tell me if there's a way to give users the option to set their own email account passwords?
Currently, I have to login to my control panel to set passwords but I would like to give control to my users about their own passwords.
Thanks
Jesse
Yes, that should be possible. Send your users to http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/webmail where they will be prompted for a login. Once logged in, they may change their passwords on the main mail screen before selecting one of the three default web-based email applications.
Try it yourself.

Hi JND,
Is there a way to remove the Bluehost logo?
Maybe I'm asking too much but I don't like the BlueHost logo
Thanks
Jesse
Sorry, I don't believe that's at all possible, as we are on a shared server and all share access to cPanel via BlueHost's WHM. That's their branding. You're using their service.
There might be another way around this, but I can't think of any way to bypass cpanel to change a cpanel-related password.
I do believe, however, you can download and install your own personal copy of Round Cube (for example) and thereby configure your own landing page with your own banner. Or just integrate the password form into your web page.
You should note, however, if you do plan to host your own copy of any of these applications, it is absolutely imperative that you observe and maintain strict security guidelines and keep your installation up-to-date. These email applications are scanned multiple times daily and pose a great risk to your site if not kept updated.
Something to consider.
Of course, there may be another way. I'm just out of ideas :-)

The only way around it is to move your hosting to a reseller account (which you'd have to get elsewhere since BlueHost don't offer that type of hosting). Then you can set the branding to whatever you want.
